At the time Van Gogh painted “Vase with Pink Roses” the artist was overflowing with life, optimism, and hope.  His rebirth is represented in the healthy flowers and green leaves in this painting.  Our ring seeks to capture Van Gogh’s joy and bliss at that special moment in his life.  Small detailed gold leaves surround the gemstones representing the roses.  The painting’s faded pink tones were captured in the soft and delicate tonalities of sapphires, amethysts and topazes.  The ring represents new beginnings, a fresh start, and so much that is essential to live in the world today.
