They say the composition of Van Gogh’s painting “Poppy Field” is highly reminiscent of those in Monet’s painting of the same subject.  The round and faceted rubies resemble the red flowers as they sit on the green field.  The gold settings emulate the foliage making the earrings both modern and exquisitely delicate.

Part of the proceeds from the sale of this piece will be donated to procure masks for the needy in the fight against Covid-19 in Brazil (@iecap.social).
